Each bed is made to order in our UK factory. This typically takes up to 2 weeks, plus a few extra days for shipping depending on your location. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Since every bed is custom-built, we ask you to measure your space carefully before placing your order.

We can only accept returns if there’s a manufacturing fault, as your bed is made specifically for you.

We start production quickly to deliver fast. If you've made a mistake, call us immediately — if your bed hasn’t entered production, we’ll do everything we can to help.

Once it's in production, custom changes are no longer possible.

Because each bed is made to your exact specifications, we can't accept change-of-mind cancellations after production begins.

That said, if you reach out quickly, we’ll do our best to pause it — just give us a call as soon as possible.

Yes, every bed comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty for peace of mind.
